thanks to Emily and her mum for bringing me to have an exercise in the super early morning, i'm not an early bird, but i did it !! sorry again to Emily and Aunty because i was late that day, so PAISEH about that.

Mum keep on ngepek me, and she told me no more outings for the coming weeks.. How sad ! so i have no choice to follow that, as i found that i have horsing for weeks, it's time to back to my life again, perhaps i can do that, and diet too :D
